Moving Mindfully and at a slower pace can be a safe and strengthening workout. Designed with everyone from the beginner to more advanced student in mind. Focus is on our alignment, breath and, as always, core strength. Don't let the name fool you, you will be surprised what a wonderful workout this can be.
Sculpt
Sculpt is a total body workout! Classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class compliments your regular yoga practice while further developing your strength and flexibility. It's a barefoot cardio workout with some light hand weights and a great yoga stretch!!
The roots of yoga. Yoga means to connect, in this class students will mindfully move connecting breath, mind, and body. All postures, movements, and slow flows in class will work to strengthen the roots of all movement, your incredibly important back and core muscles. Gently strengthening these muscles allows for strength in all other activities. After mindfully strengthening, class will conclude with 10-15 minutes of stretching, resting, and release!

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“. While it can be more challenging, there are modifications available.
Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
Designed for those who want a tougher, more challenging workout.
Vinyasa
A more beginner to intermediate version of the Power class above. If you are new to yoga or curious about Vinyasa Flow, this is a great place to start.

The focus of this class will be to build our awareness as we cultivate our breath and move with integrity through our poses. Mindful movement is all about being present and listening to our bodies. We will move at a slower pace that gives us time to find that sweet spot in our poses as we build strength. We top our evening off with a 15 minute resting pose that will give our minds a break too!
This class is for the very beginner. If your unsure, intimidated, or completely confused about what yoga is and if it is for you, your in the right place. This is a FREE service the Center is offering to help you feel more comfortable deciding about yoga. Bring a mat an wear comfortable workout clothing. No mat? Hatha yoga is designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit. We bring awareness to the breath as we shift between dynamic movement and static holds of fundamental postures. Emphasis is placed on core strength and balance while maintaining focus, concentration, and breath control. This class will include asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath work), mindfulness, and tuning into our own bodies. A playful challenge for all levels. Come as you are!
This class is the perfect way to "surrender" the week and glide into the next week anew. Perfect for anyone from the beginner to the novice, We will relax, breath, find flexibility and come home again to ourselves.
Calm the mind and body with this soothing Restorative Yoga class. Restorative yoga poses require no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. ... No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome
