"After many years in the corporate world, and then running a busy restaurant, I've learned a little bit about stress & it's effects on us through the mind/body connection. Receiving bodywork helped me stay focused and healthy during those years and I want to be able to help others find well being though massage & yoga."
Margaret is actively practicing Ashiatsu Massage and Traditional Massage Therapy. She is also teaching individual yoga sessions, willPower & grace, and couples massage instruction.

Sara Lepine - Certified Yoga Instructor
Sara became passionate about practicing yoga at The Center during the summer of 2016. She felt the positive changes that yoga brought to every aspect of her life. The Center cultivated her yoga practice through its warm and welcoming community of inspirational and authentic yogis (students and teachers alike). In the fall of 2016, Life & Teacher Training was offered in Michigan with Eric and Caren Paskel. Training was a opportunity to have a greater understanding of this life changing science and she felt it was an active pathway to healing her own emotional instabilities. Initially, teaching yoga was not the goal, but was the result of her enthusiasm for sharing this profound gift with others.
Sara is also a Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner and Self-Help Instructor. Jin Shin Jyutsu® physio philosophy is an art which harmonizes the life energy of the body. It is practiced by gently placing fingertips (over clothing) on designated safety energy locks, to harmonize and restore energy flow. This facilitates the reduction of tension and stress which accumulate through normal daily living. The physical practice of yoga is a perfect compliment to this subtle art as both philosophies coincide.

Alyson’s classes embrace the mind, body, and spirit connection. Focusing on the breath to move you through your practice.
My soul honors your soul. I honor the place in you where the entire universe resides. I honor the light, love, truth, beauty and peace within you, because it is also within me. In sharing these things we are united, we are the same, we are one. -Namaste
“Your breathing should flow gracefully, like a river, like a water snake crossing the water, and not like a chain of rugged mountains or the gallop of a horse. To master our breath is to be in control of our bodies and minds. Each time we find ourselves dispersed and find it difficult to gain control of ourselves by different means, the method of watching the breath should always be used.” -Thich Naht Hanh
Allie believes that yoga is therapeutic; it evokes a powerful connection of the mind, body, and spirit.
Allie's goal in teaching is to help students experience the self-love, self-awareness, contentment, and universal inter-contentedness that the practice has opened her eyes to.
Allie creates a space that is non-judgmental and non-competitive, which allows for her students to explore and expand themselves on a deeper level.
Allie strongly believes that first and foremost, yoga is the practice of mindful breath. If a student simply sits and breathes through class, they are a strong yogi. You are always exactly where you are supposed to be.
